Kagome

Serves: 10

Cooking time: 15-20 mins

Ingredients:

  1. Kagome Crushed
  2. Tomatoes 500 gms
  3. Fennel Bulb 3 nos.
  4. Leeks 3 nos.
  5. Jalapenos pickled 100 gms
  6. Celery 2 sticks
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together and pass them through a fine mesh, preferably a muslin cloth.
Serve the drink chilled, garnish with celery stick and a slice of jalapeno.
