Kagome

Base Red Tomato Gravy

Ingredients:

  • Onion Paste – 1 kg
  • Green chilli – 250 gm
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 250 gm
  • Kagome TTC – 1 kg
  • Water – 4 – 4.5 ltrs
  • Oil – 500 – 600 ml
  • Coriander Powder – 4 – 5 tbsp
  • Salt – 5 – 6 tbsp (to taste)
  • Garam masala – 6 – 8 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 – 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Take oil in a pan then add onion paste, cook it till it becomes light brown.
  2. Add green chilli & ginger garlic paste & cook it for 3 – 5 mins
  3. Add salt, coriander powder, garam masala & red chilli powder mix it well & cook for 4 – 5 mins ( until oil comes over i.e Rogan).
  4. Dilute Kagome TTC with water.
  5. Add dilution of Kagome TTC with water & cook for another 10 – 15 mins until oil starts to come on the surface.
  6. Then use it for making different dishes like butter chicken & kadhai chicken.
